Yes, you are seeing correctly. We just had the annual Highland Gathering here in Lippo Karawaci. It is the largest of its kind in Asia (I can't imagine why?!). Since the town planner of Lippo is Scottish he decided to start the festivities a few years ago for the community to come together and have some good ol' Scottish fun. I don't think kilts are meant to be worn in 35 degree heat though?!
